Join us for ASHRAE Iowa Chapter’s Habitat for Humanity volunteer day on Friday, May 29^th! The volunteer day will be on home construction sites. We have two sites for our group, with AM & PM shifts for each site. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 volunteers per shift and ask for a minimum of 6 volunteers per shift. Reminder: we ask that only those that are registered or subbing for someone attend the volunteer day, so we can plan accordingly for the number of volunteers on site and provide a great experience.

Site A: ASHRAE

AM Shift 8:15-11:30 (8 volunteers)

PM Shift 12:30-4:00 (8 volunteers)

Site B: ASHRAE

AM Shift 8:15-11:30 (8 volunteers)

PM Shift 12:30-4:00 (8 volunteers)

Below is a registration link for volunteers to sign up. Please register by Monday, May 18th at 8:00am! This is when we’ll shut down registration to allow our construction site leads to plan their week and your team’s tasks. Then the Friday before, those who registered will receive an email with the site location, what to wear, and other important information. Volunteers will learn their tasks day of, at check in.

STEP 1: Complete Waiver

• Click on the registration link
• Enter First Name and Email address
• Complete waiver information

STEP 2: Select Shift to Volunteer

• Once you have completed the waiver, available shifts for your group will pop up
• Once you have selected a shift(s) and clicked the Sign Up to Volunteer button at the bottom of the page, you should receive an email with the date and time.
