An Associate Member of ASHVE since 1940, Mr. Murphy worked as a sales representative for the C.A. Dunham Company, which would soon merge with Bush Manufacturing Company to become Dunham-Bush. Similar to many of his colleagues, his office was in the Old Colony Building in Des Moines.
